Everything I've had so far has been super delicious
I've had the stuffed chicken wings, the green curry with cabbage and tried some of the red curry too red
Overall it was great
If you get to try the Laab
I recommend this cart because the owner is kind with his customers and very aware and accommodating to dietary needs.
Get you some Nam Pa
You won't regret it. -

If I told you, this was Bebe Rexha words
If I warned you, that Sriracha gonna burn
Would you wok in?
Would you lime juice and fresh herbs?
All in the Nam Pa Hmong
Would you let me, feed you purple sticky rice?
In the stuffing, in the middle of the wing
In the brussels, when there's no one here but Teng
Would you cart, in the Nam Pa Hmong?
In the Nam Pa Hmong, Nam Pa Hmong -

Had the stuffed chicken wings and green curry.
Chicken wings looked fried to perfection and it was stuffed with rice noodles and a pork mixture. The purple rice was a great texture and It add something extra over just plain white rice. Such great combination with the sauce of sweet, salty, savory and fat with combination of textures too. What a fun dish!
The green curry was served with noodles so when it's all together it's sort of like a soup-y thing. Great flavors and love the herbs, lime and fried onions!
My main diet weekly is plant-based but once in a while I go rouge and eat meats and this was worth going off my diet! -

These fried spring rolls are blowing my mind. Fried to perfection with pork filling yet fresh and aromatic. The dipping sauce reminds me of Thai or Vietnamese dipping sauces but it has a distinct flavor of it's own. So delicious, I can't help but reach for another spring roll. Where was Hmong cuisine all my life?
The curry OMG the curry is so delicious. My wife is stealing curry from my bowl as I type this. The six minute egg throws it over the top. Noodles cooked to perfection, good veggies. Spritz of lime is a nice touch.
Piknik Park is becoming quite the destination for pan Asian flavors. Nam Pa is an excellent addition to the Sellwood foodie scene. -

I think the kapoon curry ranks in the top 5 of the best things I ever ate but I also can't think of what the other 4 things are so maybe it's just the best thing I've ever eaten? I'm also totally okay with that. I'm not gluten free but I appreciate that their whole cart is gluten free. So many delicious items and I know the curries are rotating so I'll have to swing by to get the kapoon again soon. The times I've been I've always had great and quick service but honestly the guy working could be mean to me and I wouldn't care because the food is worth it.
